To all my Blog Friends,
I'm going to be taking a bit of a break from posting blogs for a bit. With all the health issues and it seems some emotional issues that have resulted due to the heart attack, I just need some time to get things in perspective.
I so appreciate your well wishes and prayers, but for this time and this space, I just need to retreat to a solitary place and bask in His presence and healing.
I have been having such difficulty sleeping with being awake until 3:30 - 4:00 a.m., and my mind is racing, racing, racing. I will also be seeking my doctor's input about this, too.
Love you all,
Tamara
Tamara, it goes without saying that I will be praying for you, healing in both mind and body.
ReplyDeleteGod didn't have me find your site for nothing!
Feel free to e-mail me any time you need to 'talk'...

wishing you love, peace and God's blessings,

Hi Tamara,
ReplyDeleteYou are in my prayers.
We all need time to reflect and adjust at times. You are in my prayers and in my heart.
ReplyDeleteHi Tamara,
ReplyDeleteI came over from a link on marcy's blog, and I just wanted to let you know that I will be praying for you. May you soon recover, and know the presence of the Lord as you walk along this rocky path.
Love and prayers,
Mrs.P x
Praying for you, Tamara. Glad Marcy led me over here. You have a garden here of wonderful seeds for contemplation. I have you in my favorites and will look for your return. Many blessings until then!
ReplyDeleteI can understand you wanting to take a break. Rest and Renew!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about 'breaking the habit', and have you tried any of those fake cigarettes?
I know when I quit, I used to take a pen, pull it apart, and then I used to 'smoke' the pen, it was just pulling the air through the pen case, but something about holding like a cigarette and puffing on it like a cigarette was very relaxing to me, and I think the 'deep breathing' of it all helped to relax me too.
Best of luck with everything!
I'll be praying for you.
All the best,
Eileen
Hi Tamara,
ReplyDeleteI took Marcy's advice and dropped by to let you know that one more person (me!) will be praying for your.
I understand about the mind racing comment, I've been there and still have it from time to time. My remedy? I always sing in my heart, "Jesus is the Sweetest Name I Know".
I pray for peace and healing!
Hi Tamara, Marcy sent us all over to visit you. I wanted to let you know that I had two strokes within three months of each other. I am 51 years old. I was very depressed after them for several months. As a matter of fact, thats why I started blogging. My daughter thought it would be something I could do while SITTING! I think the depression was part of the healing process. My mom went through it as well after her heart attack. She had to have triple bypass surgery.
ReplyDeleteI hope and pray that you are able to find peace and healing Tamara!
Tamara....Know that you are added to my prayer journal. Take the time you need....
ReplyDeleteMama had quadruple by-pass 12 years ago. It was hard at first for her....stages one goes through...but know that this too shall pass. Until then, know that you are being lifted up in prayer.
I will come back and check on you.
With many smiles,
Jackie
Dear Tamara, Marcy sent me over to visit with you. I wish I would have found your blog earlier. I'm sorry you have been having health issues of late. My hubby has had open heart surgery three times so I understand what a strain having a health issue can have on you as well as your family. Please know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you will be able to come back to blogging soon.
ReplyDeleteHi Tamara...first of all...you have a beautiful name...Marcy told me how she enjoys your blog...I came by to pay a visit and let you know we all could use a kind word even from strangers when we aren't feeling our best.Take care and hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeletePraying for you and the tranquility that will be yours during your respite. You are a delight! Cathy
ReplyDeleteHi Tamara, It is so nice to meet you! I am so sorry to hear that you've not been well. After my father-in-laws heart attack and heart surgery he went through many of the same things you are describing. I think with time will come healing. Your body has been through a lot. For me the blogging has helped me work through some of my sadness that I've had this last year. It's like I'm typing it and letting it go! Kind of therapeutic you might say :)I will be keeping you in my prayers and thoughts..It will get better~~God Bless, Jerelene
ReplyDeleteHi Tamara, you have the same name as my god daughter. I left a comment earlier but don't see it so thought I would post again. It would be nice to meet you my new friend.... God Bless...Hugs
ReplyDeleteHello Tamara: I was getting caught up on Marcy's posts and read that you are feeling poorly. I wish you a speedy recovery with God's help. It's late Monday evening, Tamara.
ReplyDeleteWe're going away for a vacation. I will take my laptop....but in N.C. I will have dialup...so, that will not be blog-friendly. I'll do my best to check on you while I'm gone, but be assured you are with me in thoughts and prayers.
Always,
Jackie
